Large project, rebranding luxury apartment building. Lots of moving parts: (2) swing stage scaffolds relocating weekly, man lift, fork lift, lull, personnel, etc.Very professional, every day.Great communication on all levels. I enjoyed working with them very much. In addition, I never once had to address any safety issues with their crews (much appreciated). Lastly, a shout out to Frankie and crews for going above and beyond to deliver project on time.

Hands down, best painting company I've ever had for a large condo project. Jim Rhein started the ball rolling from introduction to start. We had to make a few last minute pivots on some details, no faults of the painting company, but Jim had answers and alternatives before any problems came about. He was ahead of the game every step of the way and a true pleasure to work with.Jeff Vining, our Project manager was the same caliber!!! He ran project like a true professional!! I was blessed to have him. I'll be honest in saying I was dreading this project from a past experience from a less qualified vendor, but these guys are on point. I would use them again in a heart beat. They are always welcome on my property!!!!! 10 stars!!!

Performance Painting is a quality company. This is my third time I’ve hired them to paint the exterior of my house. Their process is very thorough, from the initial walkthrough in getting all the details, to the walkthrough with their painting crew. Very professional, courteous workers. Everything was done to our liking and I’m very pleased with the job. I will be using them also for interior painting in the next few weeks. I highly recommend them, but you need to be home to make sure everything is done just right.

Performance Painting just finished painting our house. The.crew are an excellent team: friendly, very helpful, very careful in their work, and detail oriented. Perfect job. Every detail was attended to. House was washed before painting began. Stucco cracks were repaired and are invisible now and none were missed. We couldn't be happier. House looks teriffic. Thanks guys for an excellent job. Outstanding!

We have used Performance Painting twice for exterior and interior painting and continue to be extraordinarily happy with the entire team. Marc Chapman was fair and detailed with all estimates and the unexpected add ons that we requested. Frank Moreno provided outstanding personal service with amazing attention to detail , along with great team leadership that kept the project on schedule. The quality of the prep work and painting despite the challenge of 100 year old plaster and stucco walls and ceilings exceeded our expectations. Will is certainly an excellent craftsman. They did a great job three painters came out and painted all the eaves in my house. They did pressure washing beforehand and then they used high-quality paint and worked five days almost nonstop. I would highly recommend this company for any kind of painting.

Do I need to shut down operations?
No. We’re experienced working around open, functioning businesses. Our project leader will coordinate access with you before work begins.
What does the color selection process look like?
We provide free color swatches. If needed, we can bring in a designer. Once under contract, we’ll provide a digital rendering of your building, first one is on us.
What are my payment options?
Cash, Check/ACH, Credit Card, or 0% financing for 2 years. Progress payments are structured in your contract before work begins.
