Our Condo community board members recently met with Josh Hart of Performance Painting Contractors to review our needs in painting the front doors and garages of our 160 units. We received a very reasonable proposal and the work started soon afterward. Bledi and his crew arrived on schedule and were on property for nearly 3 weeks. The project entailed washing, taping and painting the front door and garage surfaces of all 160 units. They were always friendly, professional and worked very well together. They clearly take pride in the service they provide. We are very pleased with their performance and with the results.

We had a big project- take down wallpaper from 1977 in almost every room; repaint the walls a neutral color; repaint the garage door and shutters and varnish the front door; take down all popcorn ceilings and smooth it and paint ceiling white in a 1700 square foot three bedroom house plus garage. Marc was easy to work with and ensured the project was done well and just how we wanted it. The house looks beautiful now and is move in ready. I would definitely recommend and am thankful for their hard work.
