We have used Performance Painting twice for exterior and interior painting and continue to be extraordinarily happy with the entire team. Marc Chapman was fair and detailed with all estimates and the unexpected add ons that we requested. Frank Moreno provided outstanding personal service with amazing attention to detail , along with great team leadership that kept the project on schedule. The quality of the prep work and painting despite the challenge of 100 year old plaster and stucco walls and ceilings exceeded our expectations. Will is certainly an excellent craftsman. The respectful professionalism, talent and punctuality demonstrated by the entire crew was refreshing and we will not hesitate to use them again for future projects.

They did a great job three painters came out and painted all the eaves in my house. They did pressure washing beforehand and then they used high-quality paint and worked five days almost nonstop. I would highly recommend this company for any kind of painting.

This the second time we've used Performance Painting for an industrial project, and am very pleased with their work and professionalism. Communications prior to the work, during the work and after the work - from initial site visit for the estimate through demobilizing - were very much spot on and appreciated. They even worked with us to keep a certain part of our storage yard "clear" due to access needed by other companies needing said access during the time they were on-site with their trucks and equipment.

We used Performance Painting for a project regarding a metal ceiling on our outdoor deck at the airport. They grinded down the rust that had accumulated due to the salt water in the air and constant humidity. They then repainted and recovered the entire area. Austin and Patrick were the guys who worked for us on this project and they were very efficient with what they did. They communicated with us throughout the project and even came back to fix a minor part that was accidentally painted after work was already complete. I would highly recommend this company due to their efficiency, pricing, and communication.

We set up a community notification system with work schedules published by property and amenity building. Residents know what’s happening, when, and where — throughout the entire project.
How does color selection work with HOA covenants?
Colors are typically determined by your HOA covenants or the ARC. If the board wants to consider new colors, we support the mock-up, feedback, and voting process.
What's the warranty on HOA projects?
2-year warranty on all HOA work. Someone from your organization walks through our close process with us — we inspect and approve each building together. Touch-ups are handled promptly if anything comes up afterward.
How much will this cost and what are our payment options?
Pricing depends on scope, number of buildings, access, condition, and color selections. We’re typically mid-to-high on pricing — because our crew quality and materials extend the life of your investment. Payment options: Cash, Check/ACH, Credit Card, or 0% financing for 2 years.
