How long will our project take to complete?

Project length depends on two main factors: (1) The overall scope of your project and (2) the number of buildings being painted at the same time. To help keep you and your Residents informed of progress throughout the project, we set-up a community notification system that includes our work schedules by property and amenity buildings along with other helpful information.

What about choosing colors?

Typically, colors will already be selected by the HOA covenants, or sometimes the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) will determine if they want to allow new colors that may involve mock ups, feedback, and a voting process of the Board and/or Residents.

What happens if we have touch-ups?

Performance Painting offers a 2 year warranty on all HOA projects. If you have touch-ups on any property just give us a call and we’ll come out and take care of it. Additionally, someone from your HOA organization will walk through our “close” process where we inspect and approve each building. Many times touch-ups and/or other punch list items are taken care of at this time.

Will your crews be playing loud music and leaving messes behind?

No. Absolutely not. Performance Painting maintains strict standards of professionalism that includes our crews wearing professional work attire; cleaning up as they go; and if they want to listen to music they have the option to use wireless headphones in one ear while keeping the other ear free to communicate with each other and with our customers.

How much will our project cost?

The price of the project is always dependent on multiple factors such as scope of work, ease or difficulty of access, current condition of the properties, color schemes & paint quality chosen, etc. Our pricing is often on the mid-to-high side to support our quality of crews and equipment that extend the life of your investment.

What are our payment options?

We’re happy to offer you 4 payment options:

  • Check or ACH
  • Credit Card
  • Finance (0% for 2 years!)

Note: “progress payments” are required along with a deposit to get started. Progress payments are usually made either as buildings are completed or on a monthly basis. We will work out those details with you or someone from your organization and include them in the contract before beginning any work.
